Today it is still family owned and operated! Since 2001, Iceberg has franchised new locations under its corporate entity and has locations in Utah from Syracuse to St George. At this point the manager came to the window & was just as rude & advised me that I didn't need the extra ice cream. She also advised that I'd better write that down. She then advised (about yelling) the owner was her Aunt & told me her name 4 times each time repeating it more loud than the last. I said that?s okay I'd just contact the owner.
